The Basics

I am a proud native of Ft. Wayne IN., where I was born and raised. Shortly after my undergraduate work at I.U. in Bloomington I moved to Indianapolis where God first opened my eyes to his awesome love for his people among the nations while serving at Northview Christian Life. Consequently, I started seeing the world in a new light. This then led to an opportunity for the last three years where I was blessed to be able to serve as the Outreach Pastor at my home church in Ft. Wayne, IN. I am currently working towards a Master of Arts in Theology and as of May of 2008 graduated with a Masters of Ministry from Bethel College in Mishawaka IN. My favorite name, to date, is ‘Uncle Paul’, to which I will never get tired of hearing coming from the mouths of two incredible nephews and three beautiful nieces!

My responsibilities at church are... to help capture, balance and embrace opportunities to reach out into our community, nation, and world to show the love of God for all his people.

My favorite thing about being at Northview is...hearing and seeing the heartbeat of the people.

If I had my dream vacation I’d...go Mt. biking cross-country with a few of my best friends.

If you want to read a good book get...The Giving Tree.

If I could do a hobby for a living I’d... be drumming in a band, and sporting a hefty mo-hawk.

My favorite team to cheer for is... the one that stands for something more.

The best movie I’ve ever seen is... Elf.

My most rewarding volunteer activity is... serving people more when our culture says we need to serve them less.

If I didn't work at Northview I’d... be a teacher.
